Youth Services

Our Approach

When young people make mistakes, they need connection, reflection, and a chance to make things right.

We provide a supportive space where youth are guided to take responsibility for their actions, understand the impact of their behavior, and actively repair harm within their communities.

Restorative practices build a culture of empathy, accountability, and belonging. These approaches are rooted in respect for each individual’s voice and potential for growth.

Our Process

Our team supports youth with Restorative Practices.

Restorative Practices lead to:

  • Stronger relationships between youth, peers, and adults
  • Improved communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Increased sense of safety and community in schools and youth programs
  • Higher engagement, motivation, and academic achievement
  • Greater emotional resilience and empathy among participants
  • Reduced suspensions, expulsions, and disciplinary referrals

Restorative spaces invite youth to see themselves not as problems to be punished, but as valuable members of a community who can learn, grow, and meaningfully contribute. Get in touch with CJ to learn more!
